Who We Are
We are international executives with a breadth of successful commercial, operational, and executive management experience within the global logistics industry. Our comprehensive background is in warehousing/distribution, domestic transportation, supply chain technology, international consolidation, and forwarding services (air and ocean) – in the U.S. and Asia, Europe, and Latin America. We can bring specific resources to bear on any project, from executive guidance to engineering, IT, financial and operational support.
Background
Vincent Gulisano is well versed in logistics management with over 30 years of experience in supply chain, and various positions such as President, CEO, Chief Customer Officer, Executive Vice President, COO, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Engineering, and various direct operating positions as well. Those roles have been at organizations ranging from tech logistics and B2C fulfillment startups to billion-dollar logistics companies. In almost every instance the challenge has been to retool an organization to address shifting strategies and market dynamics.
Ecommerce Focus
Most recently, for the last 10+ years, we have focused on the area of B2C (business-to-consumer) fulfillment, learning the intricacies and nuances of direct-to-consumer fulfillment vs. traditional big-box retail distribution. This high-growth segment of warehousing is ripe with opportunities as online sales continue to increase each year. The challenges that B2B 3PLs face are shifting from a large warehouse management approach to an “order production” approach for running an operation. This requires some changes to the way companies should approach the business, both operationally and with their prospective customers.
